Ardalagården is a special housing facility for the elderly located in central Ardala, just outside Skara.

The Role Involves

You will perform tasks related to personal care, nursing, documentation, and delegated health care duties. The work is varied, and you will work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

We encourage individual autonomy through responsiveness and respect. It is important that you have the ability to build trusting relationships with people, are highly flexible, and can collaborate with others.

Qualifications

• Education in care and support is an advantage.
• Experience working in care and support.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Digital literacy for documentation in operational and documentation systems.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

Other Information

• The position is a permanent full-time role (100%), starting as agreed.
• The work is scheduled for weekends. The working time reference is 30 hours for a full-time equivalent. A personal agreement forms the basis, so the employment contract is written for 37 hours/week.
