Organization Description

The municipal primary care in Trollhättan Municipality is a cohesive operation. Our working method is based on teamwork where we collaborate and share knowledge – together we create safe, good, and close care.

The position involves being linked to the LSS/Social Psychiatry area, but we actively work to help each other across boundaries. This working method provides both variety and opportunities for development in your professional role. You are part of a group of nurses who collaborate but have individual responsibility for your own area. Our operations have an office at Rådjuret (Smedjegatan 13), but our patients live in residences located throughout the city.

Job Responsibilities

The role of nurse in Trollhättan Municipality aims to plan care for our patients, and you are responsible for ensuring that the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) is followed safely in our operations. You lead nursing care from a person-centered perspective and are expected to educate and supervise nursing staff in patient-near work. Since we work in teams around the patient to ensure good and safe care from a holistic perspective, the work is carried out in close collaboration with other professions.

We are in an exciting time of development and transition work to shift towards future care. In our development journey, you will be an important part of curiously wanting to test new methods and working approaches. We also actively work with the introduction of digital working methods and security-enhancing welfare technology.

Working hours are daytime on weekdays, including public holidays.

For the position of nurse, the applicant must be:

• A registered nurse.
• In possession of a driver's license with category B.

It is meritorious if you are a psychiatric nurse or a district nurse.
