Do you want to make a real difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for four dedicated nursing assistants for Hemgårdens care and residential facility.

Hemgården is facing exciting developments. To meet the growing need for care, support, and assistance, we are now expanding the number of places. Therefore, we are looking for four nursing assistants who want to help shape the future of care together with us.

About the Role

As a nursing assistant at Hemgården, you play a central role in creating security, dignity, and quality of life for our residents. You work person-centered and base your work on each individual's needs, wishes, and conditions.

The duties include, among other things:

• Personal care and assistance
• Support in daily activities
• Documentation according to guidelines in the activity system
• Collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other colleagues
• Contact with relatives and close ones
• Contribute to a secure, pleasant, and meaningful daily life for the residents

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Have the ability to create security, joy, and quality of life for people in their daily lives.
• Meet every individual with respect, warmth, and genuine commitment.
• Take responsibility, see the person behind the need, and have the ability to listen and build trusting relationships.
• Are empathetic, solution-oriented, and have a professional approach in all situations.
• Have a big heart for care and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Can work independently and make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
