Are you an experienced project manager who wants to contribute to societal development in one of Northern Europe's largest infrastructure projects while taking a new step in your personal development?

We are now launching the major contracts for the Norrbotniabanan railway in Skellefteå. Therefore, we are strengthening our team with experienced project managers who, together with other competent colleagues, will drive the construction of the Norrbotniabanan and the contracts through Central Skellefteå.

The role of project manager is a key role where you are responsible for the planning and execution of our contracts. You lead and distribute the work within the project and are responsible for the progress of the sub-project towards set goals. You have project engineers, construction managers, controllers, and technical specialists at your disposal. An important part of the job is to monitor time, cost, content, and quality aspects; another part is to create a good and productive work environment within your project. The position is dynamic and involves a lot of collaboration with external actors, such as municipalities, contractors, and the County Administrative Board. Here you have the opportunity to follow a large project over several years, together with a cohesive team, and face exciting complex questions.

We are looking for you who

• have a university/college education of at least 180 ECTS credits (120 ECTS credits) with a focus on Road and Water Construction/Civil Engineering, or alternatively another education combined with experience that we assess as equivalent
• have several years of current and relevant experience in a leading role, such as project manager, project leader, site manager, design manager, or similar in construction and infrastructure projects where you have been responsible for planning and monitoring regarding time, cost, and content
• have experience working in projects in the production phase
• have current knowledge and/or experience in contract law in one or more of the areas AB/ABT/ABK and AMA
• have very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• have a driver's license for a passenger car

It is meritorious if you

• have experience in a leading role in larger complex infrastructure projects
• have experience from working in a client role in public sector activities related to construction and infrastructure contracts where you have had the role of project manager or design manager
• have experience working with environmental issues in projects
• have experience working with occupational health and safety issues in projects
• have good skills in English, both spoken and written
