We are now looking for a Junior Application Specialist for a role where you will have the opportunity to work with the implementation and rollout of a D365 solution in an international business in Stockholm.

You are not expected to know everything from day one. We are looking for you who have a good foundation, are curious, meticulous, and want to develop within business systems and operational processes.

About the role

You will work closely with your team and the Implementation Manager to support the implementation of a D365 solution.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Support the implementation together with the team
• Help with simpler configuration in D365 modules according to given guidelines
• Document market-specific settings and adaptations
• Communicate with operational users, gather requirements, and provide feedback to the team
• Support the planning and execution of user tests
• Help with data-related tasks such as data collection, checks, and validation
• Contribute to cutover and go-live activities
• Participate in the training of key users
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and documentation within the team

We are looking for someone who

• Has an academic education in, for example, systems science, industrial economics, economics, logistics, IT/management, or similar
• Has 0–3 years of experience in business systems (ERP), CRM, or other operationally related IT systems, or alternatively in economics, logistics, purchasing, or similar process-oriented roles
• Has an interest in business processes such as purchasing, logistics, economics, and order flows
• Communicates fluently in English, both verbally and in writing

Merits

• Experience with Microsoft D365 or other ERP systems such as SAP, IFS, or Oracle
• Understanding of processes within Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Supply Chain
• Experience with project work or agile working methods
• Experience with integrations, data export/import, or similar tasks
