Our client is a leading actor in the construction, maintenance, and development of energy solutions for both the business sector and the public sector, with a focus on power grids and power plants. At the office in Jönköping, you will collaborate with the team in Skövde, surrounded by technicians, project managers, and preparators. We are looking for you with a social and communicative spirit who wants to help shape Swedish infrastructure. In the role of Preparator at our client's company, you will help prepare all documentation for customer projects within the power grid. In close collaboration with project managers, technicians, customers, and other related stakeholders, you ensure laying the foundation for what will result in a qualitative and cost-effective outcome. With your expertise, you will be the hub between all parties to ensure that what is requested is also delivered based on what is technically possible. This places demands on you as a communicative team player who is also willing to take own initiative and make informed decisions with your colleagues nearby. In the role, you are offered a varied environment, where some days are spent in the office and others out in the field.

• Prepare documentation for technical holistic solutions.
• Handle permits and contract issues related to land and real estate.
• Draw diagrams and manage map systems for power grids including calculations.
• Handle and evaluate economic calculations.

• Have a technical education in electrical power.
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work.
• Hold a B-driver's license.

It is not a requirement, but it is meritorious if you:

• Have previous work experience from a role as a Preparator in electrical power and/or a related area, such as the fiber industry.
• Have knowledge of CAD tools such as AutoCAD.
• Have previously worked in a role within excavation or civil engineering.

Since the role involves meetings with a wide variety of people and stakeholders, we believe you are cooperative and adaptable. At the same time, we see that you can clearly communicate both opportunities and limitations for the projects you work on in close collaboration with others.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means that initially, you will be employed by Friday. The ambition from the Client and our side is that you will be directly employed by the Client after approximately 12 months.
