Are you a structured and service-oriented administrator who thrives in a role where order, clarity, and good collaboration skills are important parts of everyday life? We are now looking for an administrator for a position with one of our clients in Östhammar.

This role is perfect for you if you want to work close to the business operations with broad administrative tasks and be a key support in daily work. You will, among other things, work with meeting management, documentation, orders, administrative systems, as well as conference and meeting bookings.

The assignment is full-time with a planned start date of September 28th and an expected duration of approximately one year, with the possibility of extension.

You will be employed as a consultant by Poolia and work on assignment for our client in Östhammar.

About the role

As an administrator, you will have a broad and business-close role where you support the organization with various administrative matters. You will work with both ongoing administration and more coordinating tasks related to meetings, documentation, and internal administrative processes.

The role requires you to be confident in taking responsibility for your tasks, following up on cases, and creating structure in daily work. You will have several points of contact and therefore need to have a good sense of service, be solution-oriented, and able to handle information with high integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to operations
  • Working with meeting management and documentation
  • Handling orders and administrative systems
  • Booking conferences, meetings, and other practical arrangements
  • Working in Outlook and other administrative tools
  • Ensuring that routines and working methods are followed
  • Contributing with structure, follow-up, and administrative support where needed

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

  • At least a 3-year relevant upper secondary education
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in administration
  • Administrative competence and experience working in a service-oriented manner
  • Good proficiency in working with Outlook
  • Good ability to work independently
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

The following are considered meritorious:

  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience with meeting administration and documentation
  • Experience with orders and administrative systems
  • Experience working in security-classified or regulated operations

Since the position is security-classified, a passed security clearance is required to start the assignment.
