About the role:

As a childcare worker, you contribute to ensuring that daily life at the preschool runs smoothly. This is achieved through everyday tasks and by ensuring that care and daily pedagogical work are based on children's participation and influence. Together with other colleagues at the preschool, you help create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for each child and for the entire group of children. As a childcare worker, you participate in teaching based on the preschool curriculum to promote children's development and learning. With pedagogical documentation as an approach, it is important to engage in dialogue with children in their play and learning. The work places high demands on your ability to build good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues, as well as being flexible and taking initiative. You should have a language-developing approach that promotes play and communication.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.

Duration: 6 months or longer.
