Ulricehamn Municipality is in an exciting growth phase - we are growing while preserving our small-scale character. As the largest employer with over 2,200 employees in 100 different professional roles, we offer a meaningful working life where development, community, and public benefit meet. With Vision 2040 - "Together towards the future" - we shape an innovative and sustainable everyday life, together. With us, you make a real difference every day, in a culture characterized by courage, engagement, and opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally.
The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: disability services, home help and home health care, individual and family care, and care and nursing residences.
Ulricehamn Municipality aims to become the best public employer in the Sjuhärads region. We are also investing in making our already good elderly care even better.
We are looking for you who are good at what you do but want to become even better. If you have a special passion for giving older adults a meaningful everyday life, in addition to providing them with the best care and support they can receive, you fit well with us. Currently, we are working intensively on developing our own "Leva" concept, which focuses on providing quality of life, security, and meaning at an individual level for those living with us. Every person is important to us! Both employees and residents!
We have five care and nursing residences located in different parts of the municipality. You will find Solrosen and Ryttershov in the beautiful central parts of Ulricehamn, while Ekero, Parkgården, and Hökerumsgården are located in the nature-rich outskirts of the municipality.
We are now looking for two assistant nurses for the dementia team at Ekero. Does this sound interesting? We warmly welcome your application!

Your primary task is to provide every person with the care and nursing they need, always with the individual at the center. With us, you will encounter varied and meaningful work where you can combine personal responsibility with close collaboration.
To create the best possible everyday life for our care recipients, you work in a team together with colleagues and other professions within elderly care. Together, we strive to offer a secure, active, and pleasant environment where every person has the prerequisites to live as independent a life as possible.
In your role, you work with care and support according to the Social Services Act (SoL), and you also perform delegated health and medical care tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). You are close to the care recipient in their daily life and contribute with everything from personal care and meal support to social companionship and security.
The work also involves participating in important forums such as APT (Individual Care Plan meetings), team meetings, and deviation meetings, all to ensure secure and professional care for our elderly.
We value that our employees feel good, both at work and during leisure time. Therefore, Ulricehamn Municipality offers a wellness allowance as part of the employment.
We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people and who enjoy creating security, participation, and joy in everyday life. Experience working with people with dementia diagnoses is highly meritorious.
We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse. It is important to us that you want to contribute to secure, professional, and dignified care for our residents.
We value that you are proactive and creative, and that you have a good ability to create participation both together with your colleagues and with the residents.
You work independently, are flexible, and are happy to share your knowledge. We also see that you are courageous, engaged, positive, and perhaps a bit stubborn when needed.
Language skills in addition to Swedish are valuable, but it is important that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. You also need to have good documentation and computer skills, as we work digitally in everyday life and create implementation plans focused on the individual's needs.
Working hours are varied with day, evening, and weekend shifts. This is something you enjoy to have a dynamic and varied work week. With us, you work every other weekend.
