About the workplace

Klövergården's temporary care and nursing home will open in the autumn and will be located in Nödinge. Here, there are 20 apartments divided into two units, focused on dementia care. We are now looking for four new employees for night shifts.

Responsibilities

You will be involved in launching Klövergården's temporary special housing. Here, you and your colleagues work to support the elderly so that they can live as independently as possible. You need to have a holistic view of the person and an understanding of how we create security through our approach in uncertain times, becoming an important person for our elderly residents.

Your duties involve being a support to the elderly, enabling them to live their lives as they wish. You are attentive to their wishes, and your work is always based on the elderly person's wishes and needs.

We work with the whole person and therefore collaborate with other professions such as nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, as well as with relatives and other important people for the elderly.

Your role includes tasks that allow for holistic thinking in both thought and action. We desire that you have a high level of engagement and find it easy to collaborate, plan, and organize work together with colleagues and the unit manager.

You have excellent knowledge of social documentation, journal notes, and the creation of implementation plans.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with education as an assistant nurse (undersköterska), who is motivated by challenges and wants to contribute to the development of elderly care. You find working together with people stimulating and enjoyable!

You master the Swedish language in speech and writing and have good computer skills. A language test may be used.

You will be part of a team where your ability to collaborate is just as important as working independently. We are looking for you who have a good approach and attitude. You have the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations.

We see that you take responsibility for contributing to the operations with a positive attitude.

Employment Terms

Work according to a night schedule. The position is full-time, with the right to part-time.

Probationary employment may be used.
