We are now looking to strengthen our team at our passenger car workshop and are seeking you – an engaged, meticulous, and service-oriented personal technician.

Here you will have the opportunity to work with all car brands.

As a personal technician at Småländska Bil, you will have a varied and developmental role. You are responsible for the entire customer process – from reception, troubleshooting, and repair.

You become the customer's personal contact and ensure that every visit is a positive experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing service, repairs, and troubleshooting on all booked-in car brands.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through clear communication and good service.
• Working independently while contributing to a strong and cohesive team.
• Handling urgent cases and repairs, as well as additional tasks arising from other bookings/mechanics.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience as a vehicle technician who wants to take the next step in their career. You are technically knowledgeable, structured, and have a knack for handling customer contact. You are a joy-bringer who sees opportunities and is not afraid of challenges.

You should:

• Have good computer skills and experience working with diagnostic tools.
• Have a foundational education in vehicle technology.
• Have good proficiency in Swedish and English – both spoken and written.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Be able to work independently, take responsibility, and create structure in your work.

Experience working as a personal service technician or with customer handling and invoicing in a workshop environment is a plus.
