About the Workplace

Parent Cooperative Dagsländan is a small, family-oriented preschool in Askersund where closeness, participation, and community permeate the operations. We work close to nature and view outdoor play, movement, and exploration as important parts of children's learning.

Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for teaching in accordance with the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for the preschool (Lpfö 18).

The role includes:

• Planning, implementing, documenting, and following up on teaching.
• Working to ensure that every child is given the conditions to develop and learn based on their needs and prerequisites.
• Contributing to systematic quality work.
• Collaborating with colleagues, guardians, and the governing body.
• Being involved in the development of the operations.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Licensure as a preschool teacher.
• Good knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and mission.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
