About the Role

As an asbestos technician at Ocab in Umeå, you will work with asbestos remediation in various types of environments.

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Demolition and remediation of asbestos-containing materials
• Establishment and adherence to safety procedures
• Documentation in connection with assignments
• Collaboration with colleagues, project managers, and customers

The work places high demands on precision and responsibility as it involves ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. You often work in teams and contribute to a professional and efficient execution of projects.

About You

We are looking for you who are responsible, solution-oriented, and thrive in practical work. You have a strong safety mindset and are meticulous in what you do.

We would like you to have:

• Experience with asbestos remediation (meritorious but not a requirement)
• Relevant education/certification in asbestos
• Category B driver's license
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in different environments
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
