Are you a business-driven leader with an eye for both people and margins? We are now looking for a Site Manager for our newly opened workshop in Enköping who wants to combine operational drive with strategic growth.
About the role
As Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our brand new facility. Here you will lead a team of six engaged employees in a full-service workshop, where we service everything from passenger cars to heavy vehicles, including tire and tire services, vehicle maintenance, and repairs.
Safety is always a priority at Euromaster, and an important prerequisite for this is that, as a leader, you create a safe and inclusive work environment where everyone thrives and can develop. With a sharp eye for business, you will also nurture and develop our customer relationships, while ensuring the branch meets its targets. If you are passionate about motivating, inspiring, and seeing your team develop, this is the right challenge for you.
Your main responsibilities:
- Leadership: Coach, motivate, and develop the team to create an inclusive workplace characterized by well-being and high professionalism.
- Business Development: Identify and process new and existing customers, with a particular focus on building our commercial presence in the truck sector.
- Economics: Full cost and budget responsibility. You analyze results and make decisions that weigh costs against profit margins.
- Operations & Administration: Ensure efficient workflows, administrative order, and proactive work environment efforts.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a natural leader with a strong commercial streak. You thrive on building relationships – with your staff, new customers, and existing customers. As a person, you are structured enough to keep the numbers in order, but are driven by seeing the business grow through concrete results.
If this sounds like you, don't hesitate to apply. Selection is made on an ongoing basis.
Requirements and Merits
We are looking for you who have:
- Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility, preferably from a workshop environment or similar service industry.
- Background in sales, customer handling, and business acumen.
- Knowledge in administration, budgeting, and work environment issues.
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Experience from the automotive industry or the tire industry.
- Product knowledge regarding tires (light and heavy vehicles).
- An analytical ability to optimize profitability.
What we offer
We offer a key role in a completely newly opened workshop where you will have great opportunities to put your own stamp on the operations. You will become part of an engaged team with short decision-making paths and a high pace. You will report to the Regional Manager Central.
A Category B driver's license is required.
