 Operational Buyer for Östhammar!

Do you have experience in operational purchasing and are driven by building good relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers? We are now looking for a structured and solution-oriented Operational Buyer for a full-time consulting assignment with a large operation in Östhammar.

About the Role

As a buyer focusing on services, you have a central role with many contact points. You are responsible for handling requisitions and obtaining quotes for a variety of different types of service assignments. The segments you will work with include, among others, technical consultants, maintenance personnel, staffing, security, and radiation protection.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Handle daily requisitions and quote requests for various types of services and assignments.
• Maintain ongoing contact and business dialogues with both internal requesters and external suppliers.
• Administer and manage various types of service agreements.
• Perform related invoicing and purchasing administration.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you are a highly collaborative and service-focused person. Since the role involves handling several parallel processes and contracts, it is required that you are structured, meticulous, and have an eye for detail. You are solution-oriented and thrive in a communicative role where you can use your business acumen to find the best possible solutions for the operation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of experience working as a buyer.
• Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
• Good administrative skills and the ability to understand complex contract structures.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience specifically in service purchasing (purchasing of consultants, staffing, or contractors).

Additional Information

Location: Östhammar.

Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week), daytime hours.

Security: As the operation is security-classified, a full security check and background control will be conducted on the final candidate before the assignment begins.
