Hello Opportunity! Are you our new Quality Specialist? We are looking for you who want to work as a consultant where you will help our clients improve processes and sustainable methods within their companies, with their suppliers, and customers. This could involve working with requirements management, management systems, audits (by clients, internally within the company, or at suppliers), problem-solving, risk management, complaint handling, supplier development, performance monitoring, handling internal deviations, or perhaps leading continuous improvement initiatives.

The role is both developmental and varied as we within the work group work with a wide range of assignments, in different industries and at different levels within companies.

Hello You! We are looking for you who want to work broadly with quality issues in the role of Quality Specialist for our clients. You have a genuine interest in sustainability, improvement work, and production processes. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and thrive with variation – from small assignments to larger projects with different types of clients.

You have experience in project quality, supplier quality, and/or customer quality, and you perhaps master quality tools such as FMEA and control plans. Knowledge of the ISO standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is a given, and working with management systems is an important part of the role, as is the ability to drive change management in complex environments.

Meritorious is knowledge of ISO 27001, IATF, MSA, Green Belt.

You communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English and build relationships with management, employees, and clients with ease. We would like you to have an engineering degree or equivalent experience within quality, as well as being curious and wanting to develop in areas beyond your core competence.
