You will become part of Projects & Planning within Sourcing & Production in Gothenburg. The Planning department is responsible for customer orders in the business system IFS – from requirement to delivery – and plays a central role in balancing production capacity and clearly communicating project status.
About the Role
Business is growing for Saab within Project & Planning, and we are looking for Project Planners for several of our groups, both in new manufacturing and aftermarket. In this role, you plan project flows and ensure that deliveries are carried out within set timeframes. The role involves close collaboration with various functions and requires comfort with working in digital systems as well as ongoing monitoring of our products and processes.
Examples of tasks:
- Plan and coordinate project activities
- Support the team in prioritization and replanning when conditions change
- Work in business systems and other digital tools
- Monitor project status and ensure deliveries according to schedule
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile

We are a collective working together, while each individual is responsible for getting their assigned job done. You need to be service-oriented, focusing on the team and the customer, while being flexible enough to reprioritize tasks as needs can change quickly. You should be able to work in our digital tools while also going out into the real world to handle our products.
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- Coordinating roles
- Project planning
- IFS or other similar business systems
- Logistics management or knowledge of import and export
- Quotation handling
- MS Office suite, including Outlook

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
