About the assignment

As a companion, you are a key person in enabling an active and content-rich life. You accompany the client to activities outside the home – such as hobbies, excursions, and social gatherings – and serve as a communicative support. 🎯

The role requires more than just accompanying – you are the one who inspires, takes initiative, and "pulls" the client into activities. Your creativity and ability to create engagement are crucial for the assignment to be both fun and rewarding. 💡

We are looking for you who:

• Have knowledge of Swedish Sign Language 🤟
• Are self-reliant, responsible, and secure in your role
• Are creative, proactive, and enjoy motivating others 🚀
• Have a respectful and attentive approach
• Experience in similar work is an advantage

Employment terms

The assignment involves shorter work shifts a few times per month. Working hours are flexible and determined by agreement, primarily during daytime and/or evening hours. 🕒
