Do you want to drive construction projects from concept to completed structural frame in a growing company with short decision-making paths and high technical competence? NKB is now looking for a Project Manager for their office in Norberg.

NKB works with buildings designed for industry, logistics, retail, and warehousing, combining steel, concrete, and wood to create sustainable and functional building systems. As a Project Manager, you will have a central role in the business, responsible for the design and coordination of several projects simultaneously. This role suits you if you thrive with many contact points, enjoy creating structure, and want to be involved in developing future building solutions with a focus on quality and sustainability.

• Lead and coordinate design work in construction projects
• Internal auditor for quality and environmental management systems; the company is currently certified to ISO 9001 and 14001.
• Responsible for contact and coordination between customers, consultants, and suppliers
• Plan, follow up, and ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule and specifications
• Participate in design meetings and act as a key link between the various parties in the project
• Work with quality assurance, environmental issues, and documentation
• Handle technical information, drawings, and project documentation
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and cost-effective building solutions

Employment: Full-time

Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00

We are looking for you who have experience from the construction industry and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, project management, and coordination. You are structured, meticulous, and have the ability to keep many parallel tasks together without losing the overall perspective.

You easily create good relationships and feel comfortable in dialogue with customers, consultants, and partners. At the same time, you have a genuine interest in construction technology, quality, and sustainability issues.

• Experience from the construction industry, preferably within design, construction, or project management
• Post-secondary education in construction, such as a degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Good ability to work in a structured manner and coordinate several projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Experience from prefabricated, structural, or hall construction projects
• Knowledge of CAD, Autodesk, or other design and calculation programs
• Experience working with quality, environmental, or sustainability issues
• Background as a designer, project engineer, or site supervisor in construction
• Experience coordinating external consultants and contractors
