About the role
As a salesperson/project manager, you will have a central role where you are responsible for the entire business – from the first customer contact to the fully assembled steel hall. You work closely with both customers, designers, and production, becoming the connecting link throughout the project.

Your responsibilities:

• Process the market and create new business relationships
• Prepare calculations and offers
• Drive projects from start to finished building
• Responsible for customer dialogue and follow-up
• Coordinate between customer, design, and production
• Participate in design meetings
• Prepare design documentation (e.g., schedules, checklists, and descriptions)
• Contribute to the development of product information and internal processes

The position is a permanent employment with start date as agreed directly with our client Västanfors Stålbyggnader. Probation period will apply.

About you

For this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience from the construction industry or a related area in a customer-facing role.
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• A business-like and solution-oriented approach
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Västanfors Stålbyggnader is the company in the traditional Bergslagen region that can do a little more. The whole picture is most important to us; we perform all steps from design to the last screw. With over 70 years of experience in steel structures, we know what is required. Since its founding in 1953, Västanfors Stålbyggnader has erected over 7,000 steel halls, ranging from smaller warehouses to large sports arenas and aircraft hangars. Our buildings are located throughout the country, from Haparanda in the north to Malmö in the south.

Pre-assembled buildings under our own management, the secure and quality alternative, is our philosophy. The buildings are designed by our designers at the office in Fagersta using the latest 3D technology. The steel frames are then welded together, followed by rust protection and painting processing in Västanfors' own workshop across the yard. Thereafter, our skilled fitters assemble the building on site.
