Skanska has entered into an agreement with Svenska Kraftnät to develop the Swedish transmission network. The assignment includes both the construction of new lines and the decommissioning of overhead lines. In total, approximately 400 kilometers of new 400 kV lines will be built, and approximately 300 kilometers of 220 kV lines will be decommissioned. This investment provides a more flexible and robust national grid and is a crucial part of Sweden's energy transition. By strengthening the network and replacing older facilities, we are creating a secure and stable electricity supply for Sweden together.

The role of Logistician

Do you want to work with managing flows, schedules, and resources in one of Sweden's larger construction and infrastructure projects? In this role, you will hold a key position in the project where you are responsible for creating structure, efficiency, and progress. You will work closely with the Production Manager, Block Managers, and in tight collaboration with the client. Your main responsibility is the overall planning of the project with a focus on logistics. You will create and develop project schedules, work with planning structures, and continuously analyze, follow up on, and update schedules.

The role also includes:

• Planning logistics flows for production and procurement
• Coordinating deliveries, resources, and warehouse flows
• Visualizing schedules in 3D models
• Communicating schedules to internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the project in developing working methods and knowledge

Collaborative Planner within Construction Logistics

In this role, it is important to have the ability to work in a structured and systematic manner. We are looking for someone who is stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and enjoys working strategically. Since there are many stakeholders involved, it is also important that you are a skilled communicator focused on good cooperation and collaboration. We prefer that you have a relevant university degree.

For this role, you need:

• At least 3 years of experience in project or logistics planning within construction/infrastructure
• Experience with planning software
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Meritorious with production experience from larger construction or infrastructure projects
