WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are someone who can step in and contribute directly when you are on site. You take responsibility for your tasks, are meticulous in your work, and have a drive that shows in everyday life.

You have another main occupation (e.g., studies or part-time work) and are looking for a side job where you can work practically and develop. You have good command of Swedish in both speech and writing and pick up instructions and routines easily.

We believe you are responsible, solution-oriented, and flexible, and that you thrive in an environment where the pace is sometimes high and collaboration is crucial.

Previous experience from construction, industry, or production is meritorious, but not a requirement. For us, the right attitude is more important than a perfect CV.
