Personal assistance is a service under the LSS (Act on Support and Service for Certain Functioning Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Every client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly.

About the position

Our client is a social and active woman living in Alingsås who enjoys engaging in various activities.

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for you who are sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for you who meet the following criteria:

• Want to work for a woman in her 30s living in Alingsås.

• Have good knowledge of Swedish.

• Are a non-smoker.

The following qualifications are also meritorious:

• Have experience in similar work.

• Hold a B-driver's license (manual transmission).

• Are trained as an assistant nurse (undersköterska).

• Have experience with mobility impairments.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Working hours, employment percentage, and salary:

The current form of employment is a "Summer Temporary Position" for week 24 & W.30-W.34 with an employment percentage of approx. 80%. The shifts are 24-hour shifts from 09:00 to 09:00 with two breaks (one of 50 minutes and one of 47 minutes). The shifts can also be 09:00–17:00 or 17:00–09:00.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other allowances are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
