I am not just looking for an assistant. I am looking for a person who wants to get to know me, understand my way of communicating, and help create a safe and rich daily life.

I am a man living in Skövde looking for a personal assistant who wants to be part of my daily life. My interests include family, walks, and activities that create quality of life. I communicate through body language and sounds, which means I need an assistant who is attentive, present, and interested in getting to know me as a person. The work involves being with me where life happens – at home, with family and friends, or at various activities and outings.

Previous experience in personal assistance is meritorious, but not a requirement.

You do not need to know everything from the start; the most important thing is that you:

• Are engaged and responsible
• Have patience and a positive attitude
• Are flexible and cooperative
• Enjoy working closely with people
• Respect that the workplace is completely fragrance-free
• Speak and write Swedish fluently

The position: Hourly employment – Working hours include day, evening, weekend, and night shifts with on-call duties. We would appreciate it if you could start working this summer and have the opportunity to continue long-term.

For the right person, there are good opportunities for a scheduled employment of 75 %.
