About the role of Customer Information Assistant

As a customer information assistant at Manpower, working on-site for our client X-trafik, you work close to the travelers and are an important part of their travel experience. You staff the information desk and cash register, answer questions, and help customers navigate public transport.

Examples of tasks:

• Staff the cash register and information desk
• Answer questions regarding tickets and journeys
• Help customers find the correct departures and routes
• Handle inquiries regarding lost and found items
• Provide general service and information related to public transport
• Create a positive and professional experience in every customer interaction

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have another main occupation of at least 50%, for example studies, and want a long-term part-time job alongside. You are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy meeting people.

This is a perfect part-time job for you who are at the beginning of your studies and want to combine studies with social and developmental work over time. You get the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no day is like the other.

Requirements for the position

• Occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies)
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Experience in customer contact and a good sense of service
• Ability to treat different types of people professionally
• High school diploma
