Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented inside sales representative for our client in Nässjö. In this role, you will be a key part of the sales organization, responsible for creating and developing customer relationships, handling quotation requests, and providing customers with professional service and support. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction. The role requires good communication skills, business acumen, and strong personal drive. The position is during daytime hours. Examples of tasks: • Handling incoming customer inquiries • Preparing and following up on quotations • Order registration and administration in business systems • Customer contact via phone and email • Active processing and development of existing customer relationships • Collaboration with sales, production, and other departments • Follow-up on deliveries and customer cases

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in sales, customer service, or similar administrative roles. If you have previously worked as an inside sales representative, customer manager, or in order handling, it is an advantage. You have good business understanding, a strong customer focus, and thrive in a role where service and relationships are central. As a person, you are careful, structured, and responsible. You work proactively, take initiative, and have the ability to plan and prioritize your tasks efficiently. The role requires that you can work independently, handle multiple cases simultaneously, and deliver high quality even during periods of high tempo. You are a positive and trustworthy person who enjoys collaborating with customers, colleagues, and external contacts. At the same time, you have a strong personal drive and are motivated by creating good customer relationships and contributing to the company's sales and development. For the position, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as communication with customers and suppliers is a natural part of the job. You also have good computer skills and experience working in business systems as well as the Office suite. Relevant education in sales, economics, or administration is an advantage, but we value the right attitude, engagement, and experience above all.
