About the role as Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative with Manpower, working on-site at our client's premises, you will work in a central service function with daily contact with both private individuals and healthcare staff. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other digital communication channels, ensuring that every customer interaction maintains high quality.

The role involves both customer service and administration and suits you if you are solution-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously. You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration and continuous improvement are a natural part of everyday life.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone from private individuals and healthcare staff
• Respond to and administer customer inquiries via email and other digital channels
• Ensure fast, accurate, and solution-oriented service in every customer interaction
• Identify the customer's needs and, if necessary, guide them to the right solution or next step
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of routines and working methods within customer service

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have experience in customer service or similar roles and thrive in a role with high customer contact. You are communicative, precise, and maintain a professional demeanor even in high-paced situations. You have good computer skills and adapt easily to new working methods and routines.

We see that you have:

• Completed upper secondary education
• Experience working in customer service, service, or a comparable role
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer literacy

• Experience with administrative tasks and case management systems
