BRUKBAR Circular Hardware Store in Enköping is looking for a Store Manager and Sales Associate

At Brukbar Circular Hardware Store, you can easily and safely buy used products at attractive prices while contributing to a circular transition.

Brukbar Circular Hardware Store operates secondhand stores that buy and sell all kinds of tools and accessories, garden equipment, household appliances, lighting, screws & nails, leisure and hobby products, interior decor, and more. Our stores are open Tuesday through Saturday.

For our store in Enköping, we are now looking for a store manager who will also work as a sales associate, starting in November 2026. We want to hire you if you are motivated by in-store sales, want to develop the reuse of products within the construction and hardware trade, and wish to become Brukbar's leading ambassador and brand bearer in Enköping.

Are you interested in taking on the key role of store manager?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, is service-oriented, and has good knowledge of various types of tools, garden equipment, and household appliances. You sell our products independently and successfully, staying close to the customer and the donor. You engage in the meeting with the customer and have the desire to give that little extra that makes the customer return to us specifically. You organize and involve employees, interns, and volunteers in an efficient way, creating collaboration and joy in work. Drive and responsibility are prerequisites for working with us.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of the store
• Actively work with in-store sales both on weekdays and Saturdays
• Maintain good order in the store and the warehouse
• Cleaning of the store
• Sort, clean, and price goods
• Sell via digital channels such as Facebook and Tradera
• Manage daily purchases
• Guide and create a good working environment for employees, interns, and volunteers
• Report to and communicate with the management team

We are looking for someone who has

• Work experience from a similar industry
• Experience in mentoring staff
• A completed upper secondary education or equivalent. Additional merit is personal experience from crafts, workshops, or carpentry.
• Engaged, responsible, and service- and customer-focused
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented
• Good social skills and the ability to express yourself both orally and in writing in Swedish
• Computer proficiency
• A driver's license is an advantage

Scope: 100%.

Employment type: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period.

Salary: Salary setting according to collective agreement.

Start: November 2026.

Location: Enköping.
