We are opening a new store in Uppsala Gränby and are looking for a Team Leader to join our team!

What does it mean to be a Team Leader? Our customers should feel welcome. They should be invited to a world-class customer experience throughout the store. As a Team Leader, you work together with the Store Manager to create the conditions for everyone in the team to meet customers with energy and joy, while ensuring the store looks well-stocked and attractive. We work as a team, and you are also part of the daily operations. By training new staff and coaching existing employees in mechanical sales, logistics, and merchandise handling, you ensure that we can provide our customers with the best possible experience.

Who are you? We believe you share our attitude and conviction when it comes to seeing every challenge as an opportunity. You have good experience from working in retail and would like to develop in a leading role within the industry. If you have leadership experience, perhaps from work or also from e.g., sports, that is a big plus. Working with digital tools and systems is something you are used to. Through good collaboration and communication skills, curiosity, and energy, you contribute to the success of the store and the entire company.

Duration/Working hours The position is permanent at 100% and begins with a 6-month probationary period.
