About the role

In the role of Production Technician, you work closely with operators and production managers to ensure efficient, stable, and quality-assured production flows. You become an important part of developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for our customers, where both traditional and more advanced production environments may occur, including cleanrooms.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Optimize manufacturing flows and work proactively with improvements
• Analyze key performance indicators and suggest actions for increased quality and efficiency
• Ensure that new steps, methods, and technologies can be handled by operators
• Handle deviations and root cause analyses
• Create and update preparations, instructions, routings, and documentation
• Provide operational support to production as needed
• Participate in meetings and check-ins, and drive activities to completion

Your profile

We are looking for you who thrive in a role where technology, analysis, and collaboration meet. You are communicative, structured, and have an easy time building trust in both operational and technical environments. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and actively contribute to improvement work.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience as a Production Technician or in a similar role
• Experience working in the interface between design and production
• Strong understanding of process control and improvement work
• Very good analytical skills and ability to identify the right actions
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good proficiency with the Office suite

Meritorious:

• Experience from manufacturing, product development, or cleanroom environments
• Experience with business systems, such as IFS
