RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged and responsible preschool teacher for our preschool. As a preschool teacher with us, you will play a central role in creating a stimulating and safe environment for our children, where their development, learning, and well-being are in focus. Plan, implement, and evaluate pedagogical activities that support children's development and learning, based on the preschool curriculum.

We see that you have the ability to create a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels respected and valued. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues to create an inspiring learning environment and a good workplace culture. You collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development and well-being. This also includes documenting and following up on children's individual development and needs. You will also participate actively in the work team's planning work and further education.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are:

• Certified preschool teacher.
• Have a good understanding of the preschool curriculum.
• Independently seek out new challenges, get things done, and initiate activities and projects.
• Good at creating and strengthening collaborations internally and externally, as well as building new relationships and nurturing existing ones.
• Communicative and clear. You have the ability to listen actively to understand others' perspectives and give and receive constructive feedback.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-08-03, end date: 2027-06-30.
Working hours: Daytime.
