What does your workday look like?

As a nursing assistant on the short-term ward in Markaryd Municipality, you will work to ensure that the patient receives a secure and meaningful existence with a good sense of coherence and good treatment. You will strive to ensure that patients' self-determination and integrity are respected, as well as individually adapted care and nursing. You will also work with palliative care and rehabilitation; both aspects characterize a large part of your daily work and are performed in a team together with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Paramedics.

Qualifications

You have:

• a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding the protected professional title of nursing assistant
• experience working within healthcare
• experience documenting in operational systems
