Saltå By Association is seeking three group leaders

The Saltå By Association was founded in 1942 and operates under the LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Our foundation rests on the anthroposophical view of humanity, and we offer a safe, home-like environment. Our purpose is to enable individuals to participate in society based on their specific and unique conditions.

We are now looking for three group leaders with different specializations to complement our team:

Group Leader 1: You have broad competence within the anthroposophical approach and a strong ability to practically implement this in our daily operations.

Group Leader 2: You have extensive knowledge of proven and common methods within LSS, and know how to best apply them in practice.

Group Leader 3: You have academic competence and a good ability to structure, drive, and implement administrative processes and regulations.

Who are you?

We prefer that you have a background in therapeutic pedagogy. Since the role involves significant responsibility, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities, particularly your ability to build structure and lead others.

Qualifications that are an advantage:

• Complete therapeutic pedagogical education
• Academic degree
• Documented method training
• Documented experience in leading groups and group processes
• A firmly rooted belief in the anthroposophical view of humanity
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Requirements for employment:

• Clean police certificate (extract from the police record and suspicion register)

About the position

The positions are full-time. Note! Working hours are irregular. We offer a 6-month probationary period with individual salary setting and a generous wellness allowance. The work is expected to start in early autumn.
