Do you want to work in a business-oriented controller role where you can combine analysis, business understanding, and financial management in an international industrial environment? We are now looking for a Business Controller for a long-term consultancy assignment with a leading player in the energy and industrial sector.

As a Business Controller, you will play a central role in monitoring and analyzing the company's financial results and contributing to well-founded business decisions. You will work closely with both local and international stakeholders and be responsible for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial processes.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Analysis and monitoring of income statements and balance sheets as well as financial key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting
• Reporting and presenting financial results to management and operations
• Supporting operations with economic and business-related questions
• Project-related financial monitoring
• Participation in improvement and digitalization initiatives within the finance function

Assignment scope: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Salary: 40,000-51,000 SEK/month depending on experience.
Start: As agreed
End: At least 12 months, with the possibility of extension
Other information: Travel within Europe may occur.

To succeed in this role, you need

• An academic degree in economics or a similar field
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Controlling, Accounting, or equivalent
• Very good skills in Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and/or Alteryx
• Meritorious: Experience in project controlling
• Meritorious: Background from international industrial or technical operations
