About the Role

At Perido, we are currently looking for you who want to work as an IAM Technician for our client, a vital public authority located in Norrköping. In this role, you will collaborate closely with these functions and participate continuously in discussions regarding technical solutions and improvements. You communicate complex technical issues clearly and structured, and thrive in a role where collaboration and quality are crucial.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of IAM Technician, you will work operationally with the development, configuration, and operation of the authority's identity solutions. The role is important to ensure that the right people have the right permissions at the right time, with high demands on both security and availability. You will become part of a team where you collaborate with other specialists and technicians within the IAM field and participate continuously in discussions regarding technical solutions and improvements.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Develop, configure, and maintain IAM solutions based on authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0/2.1, OIDC, and SAML2
• Deploy, improve, and ensure stable operation of the authority's IAM platforms
• Assist teams with new deployments
• Set up, configure, and maintain federations, both internally and with external authorities and collaboration partners
• Perform troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident management in production environments
• Monitor performance, availability, and security in IAM-related services

Qualifications:

• Experience working with identity providers and authentication and authorization protocols
• Production experience with configuration and operation of IAM solutions
• Experience with federation solutions
• Experience with troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident management
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Swedish citizenship (required for security clearance placement)

Merits:

• Certification in IT security
• Experience with Microsoft ADFS and/or Keycloak
• Experience working within a public authority or other security-cleared operations
• Experience with documentation and process development

Scope and Start Date

Full-time, consultancy assignment for 6 months, with possible direct hire to the client thereafter. Start as soon as possible.
