I am a woman in my 50s living with my family on a horse farm outside Kävlinge. I have two horses of my own. I am now looking for you who want to work as a temporary substitute when there are open shifts or when my regular assistants are on vacation.

As my personal assistant, your tasks involve doing what I would do myself but cannot due to my disability; I have mild cerebral palsy. It is important to me that you are a flexible, punctual, attentive, and outgoing person with a humble and open personality. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and that we get along well together.

Since I am active and do many different things with my family, my horses, and my dog, your work involves being where I am and participating in everything I decide to do. Days often pass quickly. I need help with most things at home, such as regular household chores, but also help with personal hygiene and putting on makeup. I also need assistance with my horses, such as mucking out, caring for them, and support when I ride and drive a carriage. Therefore, you need to be experienced with horses. If you have experience driving a carriage, it is a big plus. Since you will be around both dogs and horses, you must not be allergic.

The job involves working both day and night shifts. During the night shift, it is sleeping on-call for 5.5 hours. Working hours are between 07:30–15:30 and 15:30–07:30. Some shifts sometimes start and end at 18:00, and on some weekends, I have 24-hour shifts from 08:30 to 08:30. The job may sometimes involve travel, which could result in longer shifts or different working hours.

You must have a driver's license and access to your own car because public transport connections are poor where I live. You will also drive my car as part of your job. Does this sound interesting? Then you are welcome to send your application today!
