What does your workday look like?

As a nursing assistant at Ekliden in Markaryd Municipality, you will work to ensure that the care recipient has a secure and meaningful life with a good sense of coherence and respectful treatment. You will strive to ensure that the care recipients' self-determination and integrity are respected, as well as receiving individually adapted care and nursing. You will work with elderly people with mental health issues, where cooperation and routines are important.

Qualifications

You have:

• certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare for the protected professional title of nursing assistant
• experience working within healthcare
• experience documenting in activity systems

As a person, you have good communication skills, both verbal and written. You are empathetic, have excellent teamwork skills with experience working in teams. You are open and curious about continued learning and have a holistic view characterized by a salutogenic and professional approach. You are independent and have a structured way of working, can handle stress, and have a calm approach in your work. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
