Do you want to make a difference? Our outpatient unit, Punkten/Day Centre at the Addiction Unit, is currently looking for an engaged employee who wants to work with adults who desire a lifestyle change. This is a fixed-term position until December 31, 2027.

About the Job

Punkten is part of our outpatient activities and is a support-assessed intervention aimed at adults with harmful substance use and addiction who seek engagement/activation, social interaction, and structure in their daily lives. Punkten is part of the Addiction Unit, which operates within the Individual and Family Care department. Here, our participants have the opportunity to be part of a community and engage in various activities. The purpose of these activities is to increase participants' ability to change their life situation. The job duties also include collaboration with other actors, both internally and externally. Documentation, creating implementation plans, and standard record-keeping are part of the responsibilities. We work with user collaboration to achieve the best results for our intervention. People living in vulnerable situations are welcome at the Day Centre without requirements for sobriety or drug-free status. Facilities include coffee breaks, a washing machine, showers, computers, and staff support. Support may include establishing contact with various authorities and support services.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in social pedagogy or treatment pedagogy, or another education the employer deems equivalent.
• Has experience with the target group of adults with harmful substance use and addiction, preferably in treatment work.
• Is trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Has knowledge and experience of neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD).
• Has a driver's license with good driving skills.
• Has experience working with the activation of people who are further removed from the labor market (considered an advantage).

As a person, you are creative, proactive, and versatile. You have strong administrative skills as the position requires structured work, both independently and in a team. Furthermore, you must be able to make clear assessments and interact with people in many different situations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, a willingness to contribute to the development of the work, and your ability to collaborate without hierarchy. You are happy to share and seek out others' knowledge and experiences.
