Are you an engaged leader who is passionate about motivating people and creating results? We are now looking for a Team Leader who wants to take responsibility for leading, supporting, and developing our team.

Your role as Team Leader for Kronans Apotek

As a Team Leader, you play a central role in the operations, where you are responsible for daily management and ensure that the team meets its set goals. You act as an inspiring leader who creates engagement, promotes collaboration, and contributes to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute daily work within the team.
• Coach and develop employees to reach their full potential.
• Ensure that quality and productivity goals are met.
• Monitor results and report to your direct manager.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience in leadership or team responsibility.
• Is communicative, receptive, and solution-oriented.
• Has a good ability to motivate and engage others.
• Is structured and enjoys working towards clear goals.
• Fluently speaks and writes in Swedish and English.
• Has good computer skills and experience with administrative systems.
