As a nurse with us, you help people live a more independent life. With the help of your competence, you create conditions for other people to live a dignified and good life, all based on their own needs and conditions. The position is a night shift fixed-term contract of 68% with possible opportunity for increased employment level.

YOUR COMPETENCE

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who are passionate about helping people within the elderly and disability care. For you to thrive with us, it is important that you feel secure in mentoring other staff. Therefore, it is positive if you have previous experience from elderly and disability care.

Since you will work as the only nurse when working night shifts, it is important that you take initiative and have the courage to make decisions and follow your convictions. You also need to be able to cooperate well with others and delegate tasks as needed. Therefore, it is important that you are clear in your communication and ensure that your message has come across.

It is also important that you can plan, organize and prioritize your work. Sometimes you have several processes going on at the same time and then you need to be able to balance them well. You therefore need to have the ability to prioritize and adjust your work according to the prevailing conditions. We believe that you trust both your own and your colleagues' abilities, as together you have enormous competence and skill.
