Your Role

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, email, social outreach)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners
  • Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers
  • Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored advertising solutions
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to drive performance and ROI
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies based on performance data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client experiences

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent English (C1/C2)
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The Offer

  • Full-time, on-site position in Lisbon, Portugal
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (rotational between 08:00 – 18:00)
  • Paid training program (approx. 3–4 weeks including onboarding and nesting)
