The Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for you who have extensive experience in construction and want to take on greater responsibility – not just technically, but also in leading, supporting, and coaching your colleagues. Here, you will have a central role where you act as a mentor for junior employees, share your knowledge, and contribute to building our collective competence.

The position is located near one of our offices in Sweden: Karlstad, Enköping, Sollefteå, or Sundsvall.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• An engineering degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Several years of experience in construction within electrical/automation or power systems
• Experience from roles such as constructor, technical specialist, or similar
• The ability and willingness to take a leading role and support others in their development

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from hydropower or related industries
• Experience with commissioning

As a person, you are:

• Collaborative and confident in a supplier role
• Structured with a strong focus on quality and safety
• Driven by challenges and by developing both technology and people

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Travel is part of the role, and a B-driver's license is required.
