Your Role

You will primarily work at the health centre's laboratory. The role involves blood sampling for both children and adults, both venous and capillary. The work also includes analysis of patient-proximate samples. We use the medical record system Cosmic and the data system Flexlab. You will also have the opportunity to work partially at the nurse assistant clinic with standard clinic duties.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a nurse assistant with proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. Experience from primary care is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and want you to be meticulous, positive, driven, flexible, and enjoy having many different tasks going on. It is important that you have a high sense of service and want to work with patient contact. In addition, we want your ability to collaborate to be good and that you enjoy working in a team. At the same time, we want you to have the drive to work independently and be secure in your professional role. Previous experience with Cosmic and familiarity with sampling work is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Our Operations

Årsta Health Centre belongs to the Department of Primary Care and Health, Region Uppsala, and is located in an expanding area just outside Uppsala city center. We have approximately 16,000 registered patients and are about 75 employees. All professional areas are represented among us, and together we offer all services within the health centre's mandate.
