RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role as a Leisure Centre Leader (Fritidsledare) at the leisure center in Odenslundsskolan is to take responsibility, together with the work team, for the development of the leisure center activities. Based on your assignment, you will plan, implement, and document the pedagogical work in the leisure center. Furthermore, you will work with the school's value base and ensure that education is conducted in accordance with the School Act and the curriculum.

The assignment also includes contributing to a clear structure by creating routines and activities for the leisure center activities with the aim of achieving the highest possible goal fulfillment for the students at Odenslundsskolan.

You are involved in creating safety and a calm working environment in our operations, and you keep the students at the center of your work.

You help create a school where students are given the opportunity to become their best selves. As an employee, you are met with respect in the creation of a school where EVERYONE wants to make a difference for the students of Tomelilla Municipality. The students should feel that they own their future and believe in the possibility to influence it in a positive way.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are educated as a Leisure Centre Leader.

For this position, it is a requirement that you have previous experience in similar work.

For this position, you must be able to master Swedish fluently, both in speech and writing.

You are creative and have a strong commitment to teaching in the leisure center. Furthermore, you are a person who is clear and structured and has no difficulty making decisions. You have a positive attitude and see only possibilities and solutions. You are driven to develop teaching together with colleagues with the aim of achieving the highest possible goal fulfillment. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and are accommodating in your interactions.
