We are now looking for a Customer Account Manager for a growing company within competence development that offers lectures, courses, and events.
This is a role for you who has a few years of experience in B2B sales and wants to develop in a broad, relationship-driven sales position. You do not need to be a senior sales profile, but you should be confident in customer dialogues, enjoy contacting new companies, and want to build long-term business relationships.
About the role
As a Customer Account Manager, you work on creating new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships within B2B.
You contact companies, book and conduct customer meetings, identify needs, and present solutions within competence development. Customers are found in various industries and can be both small businesses and larger organizations. Customer meetings take place both digitally and physically, and the sales cycle is usually between 1-4 weeks.
The role suits you if you thrive with a combination of new customer acquisition, relationship building, and business development. You start from an established sales process but have great freedom to influence your own way of working and your development in the role.
