About the role

As a process operator, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient and high-quality production process. You work closely with the production team as well as other departments.

Your main responsibilities:

• Control and monitoring of the production process
• Maintain high hygiene standards and perform cleaning tasks
• Perform minor maintenance on machines and equipment
• Conduct quality controls
• Loading and unloading of boats, containers, and trucks

As a process operator, you are an important part of the team that ensures our customers' needs and requirements are met.

Are you the right person for the job?

You are meticulous, responsible, and have good communication skills. You are an engaged team player with good collaboration skills, who is curious and eager to learn more. You have a positive attitude, are adaptable, and solution-focused.

You have:

• Upper secondary education
• A few years of experience in industrial work
• Forklift license

Requirements:

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic level of English in speech and writing
• The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and handling heavy work tasks (high-pressure washing and working in high temperatures)
