Senior Linux Platform Developer / Platform Developer, Consulting Assignment – Stockholm, Gothenburg, Linköping, Karlskoga or Lund

In the role of Senior Linux Platform Developer, you will work broadly with the development, integration, and further development of platforms and system environments in a technically advanced, product-oriented business.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and further develop Linux-based platforms for complex embedded systems
• Work with integration between software, hardware, network, and infrastructure
• Contribute to the automation of build, test, and release flows within DevOps and CI/CD
• Work with container-based environments and modern tools for deployment and operations
• Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, and other technical functions in a changing environment

Your background

We are looking for you who are senior, technically broad, and used to working close to the product. You likely have experience in several of the following areas:

• Linux OS and system-level development
• Networking, routing, and firewalls
• Infrastructure automation and scripting, e.g., in Python and Bash
• DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools
• Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible
• Safety-critical software and robust system environments
• Good understanding of computer architecture and complex technical platforms

It is an advantage if you also have experience in development with e.g., Golang, C#, or C++.

As a person, you are communicative, collaborative, and thrive in environments with high pace, technical complexity, and change.

About the assignment

You will be hired by the client through Intensogruppen. The assignment is also open to you if you have your own company.
