To our customer in Gothenburg, we are now looking for a business-driven IT Project Manager who wants to take a central role in driving and developing business-critical initiatives. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with management and key persons in the organization where you are responsible for leading projects, coordinating change work, and contributing to the business's continued development.

You will operate in the borderland between business and IT and ensure that strategic goals are translated into effective solutions and concrete results. Your tasks

• Lead and drive business and IT-related projects from planning to implementation and follow-up.
• Responsible for project management, resource planning, risk management, and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities between business, management, external suppliers, and technical specialists.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives within digitalization, process development, and efficiency.
• Ensure that business requirements are translated into sustainable technical and organizational solutions.
• Contribute to the development of internal working methods, control models, quality processes, and documentation.
• Support the organization's change work and act as a unifying function between different parts of the business.
• Follow up on the project's results and ensure that set goals regarding quality, time, and business benefit are achieved.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in project management within IT, digitalization, business development, or related areas.
• You have a good understanding of the interplay between business, processes, and IT solutions.
• You are used to leading projects with multiple stakeholders and creating structure in complex environments.
• You have experience in change management and development work.
• You are business-minded, analytical, and have the ability to see both the big picture and details.
• You are a communicative relationship builder who creates trust at all levels in the organization.
• You work independently, take own initiatives, and have a strong drive to achieve results.
• You master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.

Meritorious

Post-secondary education in IT, technology, systems science, economics, or equivalent.
