About the role

• You work with durability and strength simulations primarily for motor-related components.
• You are responsible for quality-assured calculation models and validated results.
• You act as a technical specialist within your field.

What you will do

• Plan, lead, and execute advanced simulations and analyses.
• Draw conclusions and recommendations based on analysis results.
• Support project and design engineers throughout the development process.
• Contribute to the improvement of methods, tools, and working practices.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring less experienced colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has

• A Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a focus on simulation.
• Extensive experience in simulation and analysis, preferably at a specialist level.
• The ability to work systematically with complex technical issues.
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating across team boundaries.
• Very good proficiency in English.
