Your Responsibilities

As a construction worker/site laborer with us, you will work on varied projects depending on your experience, skills, and profile. Tasks may include everything from site and foundation work to plumbing and utility work, pipe laying, excavation, backfilling, as well as fine grading and other common construction tasks on building sites. You will also be responsible for preparing work areas, handling materials, coordinating with machine operators, and ensuring that work is carried out according to drawings, schedules, and current quality and safety requirements. The work is performed both independently and in a team together with other skilled workers, where you are expected to be involved, take responsibility, and contribute to an efficient and safe workflow on the job site. Tasks (examples):

• Site and construction work
• Excavation, grading, and backfilling
• Pipe laying and utility work (requirement: documented experience)
• Preparatory and concluding work in projects
• Reading drawings and working according to instructions (requirement)
• Handling laser equipment
• Daytime work

Your Profile

We are looking for individuals with experience in site and construction work who thrive in a practical and physically demanding work environment. Experience with utility work is essential. We prefer that you have good physical fitness and enjoy active outdoor work in varying environments. The right attitude and a positive mindset are very important, as the work often involves collaboration, problem-solving, and a fast pace. You must be able to work both independently and in a team, as well as be responsible, detail-oriented, and contribute to work being carried out in a safe and efficient manner. Good communication skills in Swedish are a requirement, as the work involves daily contact with colleagues, supervisors, and other professional groups on the job site. A valid B-driver's license is a requirement.
